I am having trouble with the vista updates, since 12/09 my unit has not been able to update, Ive emailed gateway and never got responses now that i discovered this site as support for our laptops, hopefully you can help my unit is a md2614, i did not receive recovery software and need to reinstall vista, also my codes under my laptop have erased and cannot be read, only visible number is model and serial.
