RAM upgrade

I have a Gateway NV5378u laptop I bought from Best Buy and all I would like to know is if I can add more RAM to this computer. It came with 4GB installed but I am unable to find any information on much I the motherboard maxes out at.

According to gateway, it maxes out at 4 gigs which is normal. They still have support for that unit
