need a recovery disk

I have tried every phone number and internet site that I can find and can't get any help. Then I discovered that my laptop falls under this group. I need to get a recovery disc to get my computer fixed. The extended warranty that I have will run out in a few weeks! Can anyone help me get one? The other thing is the back of my computer has two different model numbers. One says W340UA, the other says MT3422. HELLLLLPPPPPP!
