Gateway NX570X Power Issues

I have 2 NX570X laptops that I'm working on. One of them is not receiving the charge from the power cable. If I use the cable on another Gateway it works fine, but its not working on this one. Is there some sort of guide as to how to open this laptop and is the internal power adapter able to be purchased if this one is bad.

The second one is not receiving power from the cord or the battery. Any ideas on whats going on with that one?
