LSI SATA on 9510

Hello Group,

My Church owns a 9510 gateway server. It will not boot & I think the SATA adapter is the problem. When it boot up I press <TAB> to see the POST messages. It goes into an initialization for the LSI adapter then will go to the "Firmware initializing" flashing for quite a long time. Eventually is says

Adapter at base port FBFFh is not responding
no MegaRAID Adapter installed

The adapter is 5236002264 A

Any help or direction would be appreciated
